Bad experience with HungerStation policy
My recent encounter with Hunger Station App in Riyadh has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Upon acquiring a new SIM card from STC at the airport in Riyadh and downloading the app, I was oblivious to any previous HS policy violations by the previous sim owner. Yet, after purchasing the HPlus package for SAR 108, my account was promptly blocked, leaving me unable to access the app's services. Efforts to seek resolution through customer service proved fruitless, with no action taken to address my blocked account. It's incredibly unfair to penalize me, a new owner, for the misdeeds of a previous user, especially without any prior warning or notification. I demand a refund of my SAR 108, as I've received no value from the service or for my account to be reinstated as I bear no responsibility for the actions of the previous owner of my mobile number. Hunger Station needs to rectify its flawed policies and improve customer service responsiveness to prevent others from facing similar unjust treatment.
