I cannot find who’s online option on explore tab. I just deleted my account and then reinstalled the app and created the account. When I did that, The option was gone. And now I can’t add friends who are online. Help me.

I have been using IMO messenger on my iPhone 5s. today imo was not working. I delete app and re-install it but the result is I can't get past the screen where I have to enter my mobile number and country. Still the page is in loading but I have not been able to complete the installation. Can anyone have a solution for this problem?

Dear, thank you for your feedback. please try the following instruction to see if your problem is solved.
1.make sure that you are using the imo/imo lite that are downloaded from GP or APP STORE
2.check your internet condition is in good condition
3.try VPN if failed to login
4.clear the IMO cache through system application management
5.check if you type your number wrongly
6.check if your region is selected right.
7.check if you violate regulation of imo, it may be but not including all: insulting other contacts; making improper content in live service; trying to hack others account.

In the my application is not correctly have good security for private data and private details because cause many times my email was hacked I was trying to reinstall app many times but same thing happen happening again again do you have any kind of reason and any kind of secret reason for this because I’m have a getting trouble with my no one we with my friends and my family membersAnd I also try to be very respectable but someone who hacked my imo he’s not generous person so it’s getting nervous for me and it hurt my privacy

Could you tell us whether you have let out your verification code or logged in other devices?
We are working on the improvement of account security. Please wait for our further development.

If your account is hacked, you can contact us to kick out other log-in devices.
After that the hacker can not log in without new verification code from your phone number.

To confirm you are the account owner, supportings as below are needed.

1. Your phone number with country code
2. Screenshot of your Contact list.
3. Your device information ( like Samsung Galaxy S9+ )
4. Screenshots of 3 "YES" from 3 contacts.

For example, you may send a message to your contacts in Contact list,
"I am the account owner and my account gets hacked. Could you please help me prove it by saying "YES"? "

To secure your account, please do not log in unknown device, click malicious links/photos/file packages, let out the verification code or privacy.
Or you can delete your account and register a new account with new number.
