Connection lost message
Several times during adding items to cart or searching for items it kicks you out of the app and indicates your connection lost. Check internet connection and try. My internet is fine and it doesn’t happen to any other app. Can you please check if there’s a bug in system.
App isn't working
The app is not working properly. Let's say not working at all. Cannot proceed from start page. Continuesly asked phone number when I tried log every time. So I left the app without using it for a while. Still have a same problem. Now cannot even enter the phone number. When select to enter the phone number it just shows blanck white pop-up. When try to continue as a guest it's not processing. Why we need to use the app when it's not working. I havr to go to the store everytime because of this. I have uninstalled & installed the app but still the same.
Keeps logging out and OTP not working
Once every few weeks, this app logs us out of the account and make us re-enter the phone number and use an OTP.
And most of the times this OTP is not working. OTP SMS is never received and there is no way to log back in.
Why the heck are you logging us out every few weeks? This is not an app with sensitive/ private data of a customer. Just keep us logged in until we want to log off. Or at least make constant log-in process work properly!! It’s a pain that every time I have to wait a long period to make a purchase!!
