Terrible app which is not compatible to users
This is a terrible app where no answers for customers even from its backends🤮 have reached several times to fix an issue which occurred while creating the app, resulted not to show the spending limit which is only ZERO.. such a guilted app where it’s failed to adding more features to enhance customer convenience.
The failure of the app says, not to adding features and compatible it due to its privacy policies where we cannot see in other payment apps which are more compatible than this shameless app😹
Better to goahed with this app for those who are not using mintpay😵

Worst customer service ever.
Back in 2021, I made a purchase via Koko app. First payment was made but there seems to be an error from the app as it did not allow me to make the second and third payments. I contacted my bank/ emailed Koko help/ called Koko hotline asking for any alternative to make the payment as an error pops up when I try to make the payment. No solutions were provided. However, from time to time Koko agents (at least 5-6) have called me as if I’m trying to flee the country over 3000LKR demanding I should pay and otherwise they’d seek legal remedies. I’ve explained them all that I tried to make the payment but the app bounces. Ive emailed/ sent proof.
Still all they have done so far is call me from time to time harassing me to make the payment but they have not provided me a solution for the error. I have asked for alternative bank details just so I could make the payment manually, even for that, they refuses. Extremely disappointed at their customer support.

useless app
what i want to ask was when i open this account back, koko has given me initial spending limit. now that amount also has been vanished up and i have purchased many times and paid on time but why are you people treating us as thieves when we had good customer maintenance, if you are so much unsure then you shouldn’t have start this app or you should have check customers payment history and treat them accordingly but here you people giving a bad service to a good customers as same as for the bad ones then what’s the use of using this app, no proper organization not helpful at all , when you do this at once (dropping spending limit to 0)without knowing us how embarrassed it would be if are about to purchase something and spending limit showes as ZERO if you can not give good customer care for people who pays on time them why was this app still doing with us
