Useless - First start trusting customers

This is such an shameless app gets no where near Mint app … KoKo keeps asking for my salary slip to increase the limit and my limit is stuck at 8,400 Rs after transactions of around 19,000 Rs have been settled months before due dates. As i mentioned few times on help chat i have no salary slips as im into business these people kept asking me for Bank statements yet they say after getting those that my limit may or may not increase (then why asking for bank statements at first place) 👉 suggest everyone to switch to Mintpay never lets me down

What an absolute sham of an app

Downloaded this out of curiosity and uploaded details that were requested, salary slip, NIC etc. After a week or so my available limit was increased to an appropriate amount and I was satisfied. Made a test transaction and it seemed to go through just fine. However, when I open Ed up thr app to make another transaction, I noticed my limit had been reduced to less than 8% of what it was, a grossly silly small amount not worth even worth considering. I tried their customer support but all they did was give me the run around about how everyone's limit has been reduced by the 'algorithm' and they can't do anything about it. They suggested reuploading all my details but till now (a month after) I still am unable to do that. Save your time and do not use this crap.

Edit: Just received the same boiler plate response as every single other review. Pathetic.

Lack of Features

Why isn’t there an option to delete the only remaining payment method and a way to remove the user account if the user doesn’t need it anymore. These features should be implemented by now since it’s been a considerable period after the launch of the app. On the other hand responding to user messages are really poor, have to wait for day without a response. Please fix these issues.
