Mobitel Selfcare 4+

Remove the promo/ad tab on the top and give priority for displaying status of the connection(data plans + package status). As of now we need to scroll down to see details of our connection, and the details are not displyed together also. Which is annoying. Need to select tabs for data voice and sms separately. Please fix these simple issues.

have been a loyal customer of SLT Mobitel for quite some time now, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The frequency of signal interruptions is astonishing, leaving me with little to no service for extended periods. Even worse, the charges for this subpar service remain unjustifiably high. As a consumer, I expect reliability and value for the money I invest in my network service. However, SLT Mobitel consistently fails to meet these basic expectations. It's frustrating to be paying for a service that is often inaccessible and unreliable. While I would love to switch to a more dependable provider, the inconvenience of changing my number, which is widely known among my contacts, prevents me from doing so. It's disheartening to feel trapped in a contract with a service provider that consistently falls short of delivering on its promises. I sincerely hope that SLT Mobitel takes note of these concerns and takes proactive steps to improve their service quality. Until then, I would caution others against committing to a service that simply isn't worth the frustration or the expense. Overall Rating: ⭐ (1 star)

It used to work smoothly at the beginning . But since last month when I recharged online using this app , the cash got deducted from my bank account, but I didn't reveive credits . And to refund the amount to your mobile you have to wait for 2-3 days .. You have to contact the bank and ask for reference no. and then call the mobitel customer care and forward a complaint with the reference number given from the bank. 🛑🛑🛑DO NOT RECHARGE ONLINE USING THIS APP OR FROM THE MOBITEL WEBSITE. 🛑🛑🛑At the moment there's some problem with this application and website . Since I used this for a long time im saying it used to work well before but since last month I had a couple of unpleasant experience using this application . FYI
