Crash Every time !!
For months I have been signed out from account automatically, it’s been such a headache. And logging from facebook and apple account are completely useless. Please fix those things!! They aren’t monitor the app for bug fixes, such a poor customer service.
Now way to downgrade package, complain forms does not work
The app is useless. The only function that works is paying the high bills… and what happens if you no longer need as much data and would like to downgrade - you cannot!!! You can only upgrade to start paying even more. And what if you would like to contact support and complain - the complaint form does not work!! And finally, you find support number 1212 and try your luck and wait many minutes trying to deal with the robot and listening to ads about that great online service and app which does not work… and finally, the robot fails. How can such a big countrywide company have such a crazy bad app, portal, and support??
Worst service, worst app.
The app crashes all the time, can’t properly file complaint. I was deducted double the amount seconds apart as the app got stuck and crashed. Was using SLT Fibre connection to use app. Well that also is worst.
Can’t even check pre-paid purchase history. All I could think is so much money deducted as pay as you go as well. They said the internet gets cut once package is expired. So I topped up more money. But now the balance is gone.
Filed online complaint and at the SLT regional office. But they don’t care.
