Description
NEOS BIZ digitizes traditional SME banking with a secure, easy to use mobile banking app, built on the Bank’s renowned NDB NEOS platform.
NDB SME customers can now register for the NEOS BIZ service by filling out required forms and submitting the relevant documents to any NDB branch. Once registered, users can be appointed and transaction limits can be set up to enable banking on-the-go!
The new NEOS BIZ service provides SME customers with the ability to carry out pay bills, transfer funds, manage salary remittances, manage suppliers and payees, bulk transactions, carry out merchant QR payments, inquire transaction details, flexible authorization assignment capability to required users, etc. with just a few simple taps.
The NEOS BIZ app has been geared taking into consideration the salient requirements of the SME base, such as granting of approvals, employee management, etc. while having the ability to view the customer’s entire banking relationship through a single dashboard. The mobile app displays details of the accounts, loans, deposits, and cards held by the SME client.

Face recognition not supported
Although I enabled the face recognition option through app it only allows you to login through your password.
But this feature works on the NDB Neos app but not Neos Biz
App is really bad…
NDB APP is really bad… today is august 8th
App was down from 4th just imagine… company account is down for 4 days is not just a small issue… and there is no alternative option to logon to our current account… same story happen few month before for saving account online portal too… i feel wasted using this app…
