CHEATERS
I purchased 2 items together in a onetime purchase for which the item was labeled as “FAST TRACK”. When i called them after 5days i was told one reason but no response for further 4-5 days and after several followups i was told a different reason which is highly contradicted.
Then again after several followups they kept on sending messages of delivery details. But each time i get a message i call the driver and the driver is like “I don’t have this item”.
Finally after several complaints I received only one item and I was told that they will make the refund for the other.
But when i was following up for the refund, they amended my original purchase to 1 item in the system as if I didn’t even pay for 2 items and till now I didn’t get any refund.
Luckily I’ve got a details of the original purchase saved and now they’re non responsive.
So called “OurShopee” is unprofessional, dissatisfying, miscreant, mendacious, cheaters, rouges.
Don’t ever buy anything from this stupid seller.
