Need to login whenever new update is available

Users need to re-login to the app when the app is updated. This could be a security initiative. But I find it very hassle as competitive apps have same updates and they manage to keep the user logged in while the app is updated.

I have been using this app for almost 2 years and I have been using it since the time this app was introduced. At the time of the launch of this app, the services provided were very good and for about a year now, I felt strongly that the update given to this app is causing a lot of inconvenience to the customers. The worst part of that update was that I always had to insert my bank card every time I went to reload and it was very annoying to have to re-insert the bank card (visa card) after each update. I am currently working on deleting this app and the main reason for that is that this app only works to insert my bank account instead of my bank card. I will whiten one request to the developers of the app. That is, make every update tailored to suit all customers. Also, I will never download this app again. Currently, I am worked to introduce this app to a large number of people and I would like to inform all of them to think twice about using this. Thank you

Hi pay master is quite good earlier and now they are charging extra 10rs per reload and it’s not acceptable! Even the sellers are charging 50 with their commission! This is disappointing and disgusting! People use u bcz it’s easy and helpful. But now u are taking more money from the people. And also even you have introduced bank account reloads most of the banks does not recommend it ! Don’t download this app also they say that we can earn points and reload them if we needed it’s such a lie . They are doing the business and what they need is profit not customer satisfaction.
