2. Enter where you want to go and get a fare estimate.
3. Select what kind of vehicle (Tuk, Nano, Mini, Sedan, Van) you want for your ride. An estimated time of arrival is also displayed to help you decide which kind of vehicle can pick you up the soonest.
4. Double check your payment method. You have the option to pay with cash or credit card.
5. If you have a discount promo code (we love giving those out!), don’t forget to enter it.
6. Lastly, tap “Book Now” and let us work our magic to get you a ride. Once matched, you can track the driver in real time with the driver’s name, picture, vehicle type, and vehicle license plate number clearly displayed on the app to help you identify your driver.

Worst service twice
I ordered 3 burgers and app showed that the order is ready at the restaurant, even after 1 hour my order was not assigned a driver to deliver it to me. I called the hotline, they were extremely rude and didn’t care that my order was delayed more than 1 hour. I had to drive myself to the restaurant and pick up my order myself and still pay for the delivery chargers since it was a card payment. I let it go since delays could happen in any business but I could not forget how the hotline person at PickMe handled my situation. Today, after about 10 days from that incident, same thing happened. Ordered a simple dish ( Cheese Koththu ) it’s been 40 mins since it showed ready at the restaurant, still no driver assigned to my order. I called the hotline, it’s the same thing, they don’t care that they are there to deliver orders promptly. This is the last day I’m ordering thru PickMe. Avoid using this garbage service. Extremely disappointed.
