Do you need to get somewhere right now? It couldn’t be simpler with PickMe.
1. Fire up the app and make sure your current location is correctly displayed as your pick up location.
2. Enter where you want to go and get a fare estimate.
3. Select what kind of vehicle (Tuk, Nano, Mini, Sedan, Van) you want for your ride. An estimated time of arrival is also displayed to help you decide which kind of vehicle can pick you up the soonest.
4. Double check your payment method. You have the option to pay with cash or credit card.
5. If you have a discount promo code (we love giving those out!), don’t forget to enter it.
6. Lastly, tap “Book Now” and let us work our magic to get you a ride. Once matched, you can track the driver in real time with the driver’s name, picture, vehicle type, and vehicle license plate number clearly displayed on the app to help you identify your driver.

Disappointing Experience with PickMe

I am highly disappointed with the service provided by PickMe. The drivers are often careless, unpunctual, and unprofessional. They frequently engage in personal activities during rides and fail to answer calls, which is frustrating for customers.

I had a particularly bad experience when I forgot my water bottle in a PickMe vehicle. I reported the issue, but the PickMe staff handled it poorly. They closed the case, claiming I didn’t respond, which was untrue. It seemed like they just wanted to avoid dealing with the problem.

While it was just a water bottle this time, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle more valuable items. To make matters worse, the driver showed no intention of returning the bottle. This lack of responsibility is unacceptable.

PickMe needs to take such issues more seriously and ensure their drivers and staff are held accountable for providing better service.

I must tell about the driver as well he didn’t want to hand over the bottle I’m sharing his number be aware with this man (76) 119 8620

Dont Ever use Pick Me

I had a disappointing experience with PickMe. I was overcharged because the driver took a longer route, claiming it was the shortest. When I complained, the company refused to refund me, falsely insisting that I had requested the route. Poor customer service and unfair billing practices. It seems like this mafia is systematically taking longer routes to overcharge customers. Extremely disappointed!

I had ordered a parcel and it’s shows me as delivered but I didn’t got the order but the price amount has been deducted from my account. And I connected with the pick service and they didn’t gave me any solution or money back
