Purchased the entire $13.99 pack and the stickers were not enabled to use. Couldn’t send a mail regarding this issue even through their Help support.

Hi there please let us know your mobile iOS version. It’s most likely due to refresh problem. What you can do is to go through the payment process again and Apple will ask “ You have purchased this before, so you Want to get it again for free?” Then just press yes and everything should be unlocked. Don’t worry Apple will not charge the same non consumable item twice. Meanwhile we will look into this bug and fix as soon as possible.
