Did not received my order
It's been 2 months since I ordered my stuff, as per the delivery details I am supposed to get my order within 7-15 days. However, still, I haven't get my stuff and there are no tracking details updated since the 5th of April.
Point System
I love shopping at Shein. Vast amounts of selection and etc. But i do not understand the point system. I log in everyday to collect my points. It expires and i keep collecting which is normal.
But, what i don’t understand is, when u place the order, you get to use the points. And when you use them, you add a shipping charge and asks me to buy for another 6.99 or 11 odd again. So what is the point in using these points?
I hope to get a clarification please. Thank you.
Love this app!
I get all my orders on the time mentioned when we order it! I love the materials and everything but some are cheap qualities so pls check the comments and order it! Overall love the items and they are cheaper!
