Good initiative, but requires a lil more fine tuning.
When trying to login, message “Your wallet has been blocked. Please go to Menu>Contact Us and lodge a request to unblock” keeps appearing. Since I am unable to login to the app I have no access to the menu. Even the Genie web portal ‘Contact Us’ requires to fill a lot of information which is not relevant to unblocking this account.
This app by itself is a brilliant initiative from Dialog, and believe would be very useful if all technical glitches are fixed.
Compare to other similar applications in the market, this need a major rework. Sign in can be done only via password. What is the point of Mobile wallet pin if you can’t use it for sign in? UI needs lot of change. Hope there will be a updated version realized soon.
Need Face ID support
The application doesn’t have a the Face ID support. And the layout also creates issues for new iPhones. For eg. sign in button is in top right corner almost under the battery icon sometimes you need to hit good 3-4 times to touch the sign in.
And also when you check the history the record doesn’t show the recipient of the payment.
Also the app is really slow if you compare any other app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
