Very poor customer service

Made the order from dindugal thalapakatti biryani at 7:45pm. The order delivery time as per the app said 8:30pm. The time kept delaying and finally reached 9:30pm. When I called customer care, the representative was very unhelpful and did not know how to address the issue. He gave us a vague response saying he does not know when the food will be delivered and that we should just cancel the order. When probed for a reasonable response, he lied and blamed the restaurant for cancelling our order whereas Uber eats has cancelled the order (we called and checked with the restaurant). Extremely disappointed with Uber eats and the service. Waited almost 1 hour 30 mins for the food. And did not get a good response from Uber eats. Uber eats ..If you are short of drivers , you shouldn’t be taking orders and keeping your customers waiting. And plz train your customer care representatives to address such issues without being robotic with their response. You might as well have automated recorded devices if this is the case. Disappointed and hungry. :(

Got charged for my food. Order got cancelled and i never received my money back

I placed an order with a restaurant and got my card charged but the order got cancelled. Even the restaurant didn't get the money meaning that uber has charged me and not paid the restaurant. So basically i got money taken from me and no food delivered. Now i am having a conversation with an automated messaging service trying to get a refund. I highly doubt i will get my money back but for anyone using this please be prepared for this to happen and if it does happen then you can say goodbye to that money because the way uber works you probably will not get a refund

worst and poor Costemer service

I made a Oder in Kfc at 25th may 2021 using my card. I put my address correctly but when the food has been picked up the driver went to a wrong address and he didn’t even contact me he just put the Oder as delivered and I try to contact Costemer care but I couldn’t reach any of them I only made a complaint in the app and again I made the same Oder at the same day after this happened again I put my address correctly but the guy was went to wrong address and he contact me and he said that I am wrong if your app showed a wrong address to him that mean am I mistake ? And he talk wrongly and I contact your Costemer care after couple of hours they answer the call and I made a complaint and he told that he will return my credit and he told that he will cancel my second Oder and once I cut the call of Costemer care the Oder was canceled and the app showed that rider was came and I didn’t respond so that’s why they canceled the Oder and it showed to pay the money for the canceled Oder and I am still trying to reach the Costemer service but I couldn’t reach them and my first Oder money also not credited with today it’s going to be 8 days you guys Costemer service is really poor pls put proper Costemer care number i really angry with your app
