Convenient and incredibly easy to use

This app is glitchy and these people sometimes don’t deliver and blame it on the customer. They say the evening time slots on the app are “inconvenient “ for them. The drivers don’t know the delivery times. They kept my first laundry order for nearly a month wasting time arguing with me about their own app’s issues. I’ve learned my lesson.
