If you’re running iOS 12 or later, you may receive suggestions from Siri on your lock screen related to actions you take every day. For example, it may recommend creating a custom voice shortcut for logging food or exercise with Lose It! Once it’s enabled, you can add your morning coffee, for example, with a quick “Hey Siri” without opening the app.
