If you need help to fall asleep this is the right APP.
I have recorded cowbells, crickets and birds in the Swiss mountains. I used a 4-channel microphone to record these sounds. I remastered these recordings in a high definition m4a format. You can use them as background sound from 3 to 59 minutes. The sounds will fade out at the end.
