Description

Introducing SleepingTemp , an app that provides you with valuable insights into your sleep wrist temperature.
SleepingTemp is a simple and intuitive app that you can install on your Apple Watch. By monitoring your wrist temperature, SleepingTemp can help you identify any issues that may be preventing you from getting the best possible sleep. For example, if your wrist temperature is consistently too high or too low, this may indicate that you are not sleeping deeply enough or that your sleep is being disrupted by external factors.

The temperature on the wrist is related to the body temperature. It is measured via the Apple Watch while you sleep. The wrist temperature shows an average of several measurements taken while you are asleep and when the sleep focus is activated.

Requirements:
- An Apple Watch Series 8 or Apple Watch Ultra.
- Sleep must be set up with Track Sleep with Apple Watch enabled.
- Sleep Focus must be enabled for at least 4 hours a night for about 5 nights.
