Your device doesn't have an eSIM? Then we have fantastic news: you can now order a classic SIM card via our app to use your new up³ plan!
We are personally available for you in our in-app chat from Mon-Sat, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (excluding Austrian public holidays). From now on, our chat is also available outside these hours: with a chatbot that answers the most frequently asked questions with ease.
