海曼智慧养老是一款家庭物联网APP，可实现远程控制家里电器开关、智能灯泡、智能摄像头，也可作为家中空调、风扇、电视遥控器，一个APP集成家中所有遥控器，大大减少寻找遥控器的麻烦，同时也可远程接收家中门窗感应器、人体感应器、烟雾报警器、一氧化碳报警器远程推送报警消息，立刻获知家中是否有小偷闯入、燃气泄漏、一氧化碳泄漏，提前获知危险情况，提升家庭安防等级。 海曼智能家居还可以设置智能场景模式、设备联动模式，如设置睡觉模式，在躺在床上睡觉前，可以一键关闭家中所有灯泡、家里电视、窗帘等。设置设备联动模式，当晚上回来开门时，客厅灯泡可立刻开启、空调、电视也可随之开启，省去用户开启各种设备的麻烦的。
