Most comfortable shopping app.
I am thoroughly satisfied and enjoying ASOS’ app and the brand itself. High quality customer support, along with high quality, trendy products. I love that the app looks neat and sophisticated, no flashy banners. There’s also no bugs and the app never even lagged once, so that’s really great. The brand is amazing: you can find anything you need in any size there! Appreciate the wide selection of curve/plus size options to choose from that aren’t just a trash bag some other brands sell just to fit with the inclusivity trend. Bought a bunch of clothing with which I seriously couldn’t be more satisfied. Love it! ❤️
Does not load the feed, constant bug
I was very happy with asos app, but for some time now I start noticing a lot of bugs. For instance, I’ve logged in and the next time I want to log in again the app does not remember me. When tryin to re log they are redirecting to web where the access is denied. If you trie to press other buttons like search etc you get notification something went wrong. Reinstalling app or using other phone/pc does not sove the issue. Its just too complicated to use it and thats too pitty cause I love asos and I am constat buyer
I'm seriously thinking about Asos as my main fashion supply...
Really, the app is super comfortable to use, I love your function ”buy the look”, it is the best thing you could imagine, I'm curious why nobody else has it. And delivery is pretty fast, standard (free) delivery takes about 2 weeks, premium one (20€) can be delivered the next day, but I don't know who would need that, I mean, paying 20€ for 35€ order, seems strange to me...
But in general, I think it is one of the best apps!
