Terrible customer service, great game
I honestly really like the game but when something didn’t work and I contacted support they tried to put the blame on me that I didn’t do something ‘right’ and gave me ‘advice’ how to fix it in the future.
Absolutely useless kind of support. Firstly, the client is always right and you shouldn’t put any sort of fault on their side. Secondly, if something has weird functionality, you have to inform the user beforehand rather than leaving it be. I work with developers on very similar projects and I hope my support team knows better than this. I wish you the same. Great game, though, even if it crashes a lot and has some weird quirks.
Was great game until they started showing ads
Loved this game - nice reward system, great updates. However, before you were able to choose when you wanted to watch ad and you would get some rewards for watching ads. Now they started to show ads after every played song and you do not get anything for watching it, you literally do not have a choice just to watch an ad if you want to play this game. Super annoying, if it countinues I will have to drop the game.
