If I could rate 0, so I would. List the hat in taxify car. The app does not work, it’s good on the paper. Explained several times through email, that no one answer - Kaunas twice, Vilnius once.
The person who works with the answering possibly robot, and that would be achievement, cause robots has logic. When I say can’t access driver, the contact phone for things to get back is wrong, I get same reply - that the number is given. By the way, useless came after at least one day. Now past 3days, waiting for updates. Better would be use ordinary taxi - I would have been buried my hat, instead glitchy system that cost so much effort to get my beloved hat back!

The worst app I have ever used. Firstly, only taxify never picks me up from home. I believe it’s because I live on a periphery of the city but it was never a problem for uber or any other taxi company in my town. Secondly, I’ve been riding the same route with taxis for about half a year, so I believe I’m already able to compare prices objectively. Comparing with other similar service providers, taxify is probably the most expensive.
Last and the most frustrating thing is that taxify charge a fee for requesting a cab and canceling it right after, even if the cab haven’t even started to drive my way ! The app indicated that the driver was arriving in 15 min. That was already too long for me, I was really in a rush. Moreover, all the drivers always lie about the time of arrival ! For example, if its said that a driver arrives in 10min, actually it takes 15 to 25 min. And it did not happen once - it happens always. So why do I have to wait for an indefinite period of time even when I’m in a rush ? Why cant I cancel the request if the arrival time is not suitable for me ? Since when riding a taxi became an obligation instead of a privilege ? Any other similar service provider apply such fees. I’m disgrased of such services. I’m definitely deleting my account and will not use the app ever in my life and I suggest everyone to do the same before getting charged for nothing.

So recently bolt has been pumping out the worlds worst features. They’ve essentially made low speed areas go from max 15km/h to 13km/h. Except your scooter will never go at that speed and instead will reach the grandma speed of 10km/h. You might be thinking “hey that’s not bad just leave the low speed area”. Except they’ve made everywhere you would use a scooter to get around a low speed area. Almost the entirety of Senamiestis is a low speed area. I’m also convinced this isn’t for anyone’s safety but rather a bad attempt at getting more money. The longer you ride the more you pay. Which goes hand in hand with the recent price mark up on the app. Also they’ve implemented no riding zones. When you enter one the scooter rides at a 3km/h speed. The app tells you to leave the zone or park. Try parking? Can’t! Because guess what? 99% of the time it’s also a no parking area! So not only do you have to walk with your stupid scooter but they also charge you for that amount of time. Don’t waste your time with this company, just take a bus. It’s much cheaper and faster.
