Online threats
Some strange system of “ambassadors” spamming you and threatening that if you don’t take a “consultation” you will be deleted from the service, however nowhere in terms & conditions it’s written that you have to take any kind of consultations, so you even don’t know how legit are those people.

Ambassadors are identified by badges and other indicators to ensure their legitimacy. We regret that you had a negative experience with an ambassador. Rest assured, we take these matters seriously and will investigate the situation. Please be assured that there is no threat to your account and that you are not required to participate in any consultations.
Account issues
I deleted my account and now I can't restore it or make a new one. There is no "contact support" button before entering. I have to write here.
