SCAMMERS
I bought some items and didnt like any of them (I guess it can happen right?). So I wanted to return them. 1 day later after receiving the parcel! 1 day!! not more than 30 :) guess what? I go on the app to register the return and there is no such ‘button’ next to the order! Impossible to register the return! I contact the support ‘team’… FEW TIMES! And each time I get the same answer from a robot, explaining me step by step how to register a return. But there is no such ‘button’ to click ‘register return’ !!! Calling the ‘support team’ on the phone is impossible, no one ever picks up a call. Now I have left with the items I dont like and I cannot return. They deleted the ‘register return’ on their app!! Scammers the least to be called.
Constant issues with payments
Smart ID verification prompted in addition to Mobile e signature used. Bad payment system, half of payments do not go through or orders are cancelled post successful payment
