I was disappointed with the content and by accident ordered life time updates , so I want full refund but I’m only receiving automatic emails about contacting me soon but nothing happens! And why do you recommend not contact my bank for this issue promising to solve problem quick but taking so long time !!!! I don’t recommend!

If you have already done so, please note that our team has received an influx of requests, which is delaying our responses. Our team will reply within 72 hours. We recommend contacting our team to request a refund, as the process is faster. Disputing a charge with the bank usually takes a long time to resolve, and it negatively impacts our business.
