This is live-agent/customer-representative mobile chat application for agents/customer reps of ChatOverFlow subscribers.
In this release we have the following features:
1) Get home-screen notification once an unassigned or assigned-to-current-agent customer/client sends a new chat message when the app is not open
2) Get in-app alerts when the app is currently open
3) Get unread message alerts when the app opens
