Ši mobilioji programėlė skirta klientams, apdraustiems darbdavio lėšomis ir turintiems papildomą „Compensa Life“ sveikatos draudimą.
Naudodamiesi programėle Jūs:
• po ranka turėsite savo elektroninę sveikatos draudimo kortelę, kurią galėsite pateikti atsiskaitydami už sveikatos priežiūros paslaugas ar prekes vaistinėse ir gydymo įstaigose;
• lengvai ir greitai pateiksite prašymą kompensuoti patirtas sveikatos draudimo išlaidas, nufotografavus ir pridėjus jas patvirtinančius dokumentus;
• stebėsite koks yra išlaidų kompensavimo statusas: ar jis dar vykdomas, ar jau baigtas ir pinigai grąžinti į jūsų sąskaitą;
• matysite jūsų pasirinktą sveikatos draudimo programą, limitus ir likutį pagal atskiras sveikatos draudimo programos dalis;
• turėsite visą savo išlaidų kompensavimo istoriją atsiskaitant už paslaugas gydymo įstaigose bei pateikus prašymą jas kompensuoti.
Atsisiuntus programėlę, prisijunkite naudodamiesi internetine bankininkyste, Smart-ID ar mobiliuoju parašu. Vėliau jungiantis galite naudoti „Face ID“ arba „Touch ID“ funkcijas.

App not working
I went to dentist and when I had to pay the app was not opening. It wasn’t working until evening.
Poor quality unreliable app
1) The app doesn’t open any tabs, it’s impossible to open the insurance card when you need it. Luckily I had a screenshot.
2) When filling in the reimbursement request, the app collapsed.
Agreement bug
After logging into the bank, I get the screen to accept the terms of GDPR. After selecting that I agree, the same screen keeps popping up and can’t move on to the next step. Fix the bug!
