When I say it’s broken, I mean it.
The only way possible to login or sign up is with customer support, which takes weeks to cobtact you.
You’d think that’s it?
NO!
It is impossible to purchase monthly, let a lone daily subscriptions. The page crashes, the site doesn’t read your card, and like before, you again must go seekibg help from customer support.
After two weeks of trying to use the app, most people quit. That’s the reason why public bicycles aren’t popular in Vilnius. This company monopolized it and now isn’t even making it possible to use it properly.

But at least you’d think after weeks of trying to gain access to the bicycles it would finally work properly?

The app doesn’t load, your location is not found, error pop ups.
I’m not kidding when I say it works 10% of the time. I was attempting to use this app, mostly due to the fact that my work is placed really close to one of the stations, but it seems, this wastes more of my time than taking a car or a bus.

Your app dies not work propey. Errors one after another pop up.. couldn’t take a bicycle. Support does not work after 17 pm. Peaple work unti 17:00 and does not use your bicycles that much. Support has to be awailable after 17:00 as well. Otherwise, it is useless.. :(

Needs way more work. Can’t renew my sub. through app, going through website directs to app, so cannot renew sub. Also app freezed few time which required phone restart in order to use it.
