HOW TO MAKE THE MOST OF THE APP:
1. Use the app to join or log in to our free Bonus Club. This will give you more coupons, let you collect and spend Bonus money and enjoy all our Bonus discounts.
2. Add your credit or debit card details to the app. This will let you order and pay for products on your phone and pick them up at a restaurant (“click and collect”).

You can’t add your phisical bonus card :)
I tried a lot of different ways, but in my case there’s no solution how to add card. It always shows msg “Could not find details of the Bonus Card and number.”

Unclear membership levels
They say you need x spent for next tier, but after the month it doesn’t reset as it should. Likewise, you do not fall down in membership status then you should either. System as a whole is not made for an individual use as it is too expensive to climb membership ladder.
Terribly organized and disrespectful!
We ordered food using their app and apparently there is no difference since the staff doesn’t care about the officially announced system. Our food was ready, however, we had to wait in a queue with others who were just making orders. Also, when we asked the staff could we take our order he responded saying ‘just wait ok?’ and disappeared. Not the first time this happened. Terrible services in Vilnius st. Hesburger in Kaunas!
