Description
With the HSL app you can buy tickets for Helsinki region public transport, find the best routes and get targeted traffic information. In the HSL app you will find e.g. single, day and season tickets for both adults and children. Bus, train, metro, tram and ferry – all with the same app. You can pay easily e.g. with a payment card.
In addition to tickets, there is also a journey planner in the HSL app. Journey planner tells you e.g. the best route and the ticket, which is needed for the route. In the HSL app, you can also see up-to-date transport information for the areas and lines you have selected.
HSL app does not support Siri shortcuts.

The app shuts down on iPhone 12 mini
After today or yesterday update the app keep shutting down right from the start, very unfortunate when you try to buy a ticket to get to the airport 😁 Good that we still have paper tickets. Disappointed that the app proved itself unreliable, I liked it in the beginning.
Not working for foreigners
Not suitable for travellers and tourists - app and website only works on Finland IP. So I guess it's trying to say not to travel to Finland.
403 forbidden
shows this mistake when trying to check ticket prices on all types of tickets. also it’s not clear for how long tickets are valid. and why do i have to enter my name for buying a one time ticket?

I recommend trying again if possible too see if the issue has been resolved in your case.
