All in all good and easy to use app it was…..
With each update it’s more and more complicated to use.
Last update absolute disaster, if you want to review record it’s impossible to navigate, fast forward, as soon as you try to jump couple of minutes forward, record jumps for example to some 4-5 hours old record.

Common guys, after last app update i lost all my cammeras from the list !!!!!! So have to make all new settings. Shame,,,, it diesnt look sereous ..... you should fix that... or app will be deleted. Its pretty frustrated make new cameras installments after each app update . Dissapointed 🤨

you can update the app directly by clicking Update, you don't need to enter the password. If you uninstall and reinstall, you need to re-enter the password. If you forget the password, you can reset the new password.

It's the second time this happened, i bound the cameras when i was at home in Europe, i traveled to Philippines and all my camera bindings were lost, neither logout/login helped nor anything else. Had to hard reset cameras and bind again to my account once i was back.

When i got back i binded camera with owner privileges to my different accounts (email/Facebook/ios), all worked perfectly fine while i was at home

Now i traveled to the US, and again all my cameras are lost in the app, tried through all the accounts i had them binded to (mail/facebook/ios).

Feeling really upset about this situation.
