Ratings and Reviews
No drivers around
It’s impossible to find a driver for a trip in Vilnius. This issue (no drivers in your area) started 2 years ago and Uber hasn’t done anything to fix it. Don’t waste your time trying to find a driver, even if they show that your waiting time will be 3-4 minutes. In reality you’ll have to wait more than 20 minutes.
Cancelation fee should go
After driver cancels the ride after 10 mins of me waiting while he drops off other clients is considered okay apparently, but when I cancel due to change of plans, I have to pay a cancelation fee. This fee should go.
Cancellation fees for nothing
The worst service ever. Two days before I’ve been waiting for a driver for 10 minutes just to see him cancel my ride. Other drivers were not available (middle of the day).
Today I was trying to catch an Uber car again, was waiting for like 5 minutes and all the time the app was “connecting to the driver”. Couldn’t wait longer and I cancelled. Got a fee for this despite the fact that a driver hadn’t even been assigned. Maybe the app is trash, but just don’t bother using Uber in Lithuania - extremely bad.
