What’s going on with instagram . My following list got stuck and won’t change after I upgraded some months ago, later about a week ago after an upgrade , my instagram highlights keeps on deleting I actually thought I was the only one but turns out there are people with similar situation. Due to this I’m not able to post engage freely , tried switching to personal account because I heard it could solve the issue but it’s still the same . Please fix this instagram , it’s damaging accounts .
can’t login
can’t restore password because I write my number. and all the links that I receive doing nothing. I have video now I receiving links, trying to open and just doing nothing. the link just opens an app. and login into mu account more than week. please help
can't view my Saved section
comment section under posts/videos of others tends to disappear: i am shown a number under convo bubble, i.e., 1544, but when i click on it to see comments - it prompts me that i'm the first one there, no comments are shown.
can't view my "Saved" section in iPadOS. this problem persists for a very long time, i'd say between 9 and 12 months at least. it tries to load but then it shows a circular arrow with a text underneath it saying "ingress timeout, streamID=(random number)".
it is very frustrating.
translation is often "unavailable". i try to press on "translation" but either it doesn't do anyth in the comments, or in stories it just writes "translation unavailable".
