透過應用程式，伙伴學校之家長和幼兒可參與以下活動:
1. 親子體適能獎勵計劃
獎勵計劃希望能以獎勵形式鼓勵幼兒建立持續的運動習慣，讓運動成為恆常生活的一部分，從而改善幼兒體重及整體健康，並加強智能發展。
2. 體適能與健康評估及分析
為幼兒進行專業體適能評估測試，教練團隊會現場分析幼兒的體適能發展並提供建議，讓家長了解子女的體適能發展，改善或提升幼兒的體適能。
3. 親子體適能與健康介入課程
幼兒進行體適能與健康評估後，會經專業體適能教練分析，並建議有需要之幼兒參與介入課程，協助改善幼兒的體適能問題
