Unusable
It seems that the Baltic countries have problems for no reason when it comes to web or app development. Same issues apply to the Luminor app.
This app has not received any bugfix patches for over a year from what I’ve seen.
Like many users had problems, so did I. In this case, it’s impossible to active “Easy Login” in any way whatsoever, including using Smart-ID. After authorizing my login, the app just dials me back to the activate Easy Login prompt and gets me nowhere.
This app simply exists as a fancy collection of buttons and text. The only way I can even access my bank account is if I login on the internet bank website instead.
It’s rare for me to even give a bad review if at all. So far, terrible app.
Horrendous
Payments always go missing, doesn’t arrive and comes back to your account after a month, the banks service is as bad.
Getting a statement for payments is near impossible, unless you want it a month after transacting, and probably won’t be all of it either.
All in all, any bank you choose, even if it’s a dodgy Kazachsrani bank, will probably treat you better and have programmers that arent lab rats high on synthetic drugs to make the experience better :)
Very slow app!
App almost always works slowly! This not acceptable nowadays - you need to wait 1-2 min uto see your balance!
When the payment is made it always comes back to the same page where you sign the payment and notifies you have already made such payment, if you want to make it again sign again - I do not see any advantage of it, why it just cannot redirect you to the main app meniu?
