It’s not working. The app is not capable to proceed to verify as human (at least with swedbank) and other way-adding card details, is not passing also. And it’s not few days this bug.

When the internet plan runs out there is no internet connection. If I want to open the app and buy gigabytes or refresh the plan I cannot do that because the app stops working. I cant add money, cant do nothing, and must seek for wifi. Its a great issue especially when travelling as wifi is often not available. The functionality seems trivial to implement, just allow traffic through the app. Charge extra if you need the cash just make it convenient for the user

That new function where you can add new number is horrible.Better is to create a completely new account.A month ago I added new number to account (needed unlimited data for few days) and now it’s not possible to get rid of it. The funny thing that you can easily remove your primary number who has a valid plan and money on it but not that new one who is completely empty. And now this new number is default, so every time I open the app I’m seeing it first, so every single time I need to switch to proper number.Once I top up it accidentally, and widget is not showing proper values. I tried to reach customer support for three times, useless, they can’t help in any way. In time Telia from solid company transformed into some scammer institution.

Shady business tactics - if you have unlimited data you will not be able to know how much data you are actually using!If you have limited data - then you will be able to see until when they decides to give you a gift for unlimited data for some period. After that you instantly don’t see your data consumption.They could give courses for others how to make system how to mislead and upsell customer.
