Description
The myDPD app offers you a wide range of useful functions.
● Access anywhere and at any time: register for an account and you will be able to check on the current status of your parcels at any time and from any location.
● The chatbot knows which parcels are on their way to you, track your parcel live and know down to the hour when your parcel will arrive at your doorstep
● Ask the chatbot to redirect your parcel, you decide when and where we deliver your shipment. If you aren't at home, we can, for example, hand your parcel to a neighbour, deposit it behind your garage, leave it for you to collect from a Pickup parcelshop, or deliver it to a different address or on a different day.
● It's easy to find parcelshops in your neighbourhood. The chatbot takes your current location or another address and uses the relevant criteria to filter the search.

Bring back previous version
I don’t like the new version with virtual assistant. The chating looks like spam. Tracking information is poor, lacking location, map, details and the cities where the parcel is like you could in the previous version
Bad quality
Evrything is bad - the courier does not arrive at th right time , no info , no correct update - the worst !
Neatsakingas
DPD dirba nekvalifikuoti ir neatsakingi žmonės (Lietuva, Klaipėda). Nuo siuntinio išsiuntimo praėjo dešimt dienų, o siuntinys neišsiųstas adresatui ir negrąžintas man. Skambinu jau tris dienas, jie žada išsiaiškinti ir man perskambinti, bet niekas neatsiliepia. Prašome jų vengti!
