With the myROOMZ application, your employees have anytime access to an easy-to-use platform, enabling them to book an available desk on the move, or in advance if they’re working from home.

myROOMZ doesn’t need to be installed, making it easy to set up. Thanks to the SSO authentication scheme (Single Sign-On), no additional registrations are required.

Find and book a desk:
Find an available desk in your workplace and book it for today.
At any time, see who has booked a desk on the same floor as you.

Find a room / huddle-space:
If you immediately need a room for a meeting or an informal place to talk, select your preferred workplace and see which meeting spaces are currently available.
Would you rather consult the calendar of a room? Just select it and see what is happening now and later today.

Find a parking space:
Find an available parking space and book it for today.

Check your bookings:
You can check your bookings and release them if your plans change.
