Communicate and manage your car wherever you are using the MyToyota app on your smartphone. Find your car, precondition your car’s cabin temperature remotely, optimise your driving style, receive driving analytics, service reminders and maintenance notifications – and so much more.

Ok overall but needs more polishing

The interface is better and more clean overall than the old one. However, my 2023 car is displayed as 2020 in the notifications if say a window is open. Also some times the car’s photo that is shown does not match the actual spec it was ordered in.

App stops updating trips and no car control

Out of a sudden trip info is not being updated and car cannot be unlocked/locked, Climatised any more. In just couple of months of use it is already a third time when this function fails. As much as I love my car, the app reliability is really disappointing.

Dear customer, we are sorry for this inconvenience caused. One of the known reasons for missing trips for Toyota Smart Connect (HeadUnit) equipped vehicles is, when user profile is not synced with the head unit. If driving one, please ensure that your profile is recognized by the head unit and then proceed with driving or accept the Terms of Use (Blue screen).
