Needs a big improvement

Key functions are not working properly and generally it looks confusing. Main points to improve are:
1. When I try to add a second card i get an error message that the card is not added. The card functions fine everywhere else and is used daily.
2. When I define my payment method as Apple Pay it still requests to choose which card to use. When I try to pay over Apple Pay - I get an error message. Apple Pay functions fine elsewhere, I use it daily.
It’s a shame since the idea of the app is just perfect and Neste is my main petrol station of choice.

Hi, thank you for the feedback! We have updated our card adding and payment software massively since 2021. Hopefully you will agree with us that experience is much better, if you give another chance to Neste App.

Refunded after double charging!

UPDATE: The payments have been returned! ❤️
‼️I just discovered that using the neste app for payment it DOUBLE CHARGES! I paid at the pump using the application, it said that the payment failed, then I changed the pump to the one next to it and poured fuel, but the money was charged for both. 👎 🙀🙀🙀I then checked the app history and found that this had happened before. Also, the girl I spoke with revealed a secret that no one knows, even the app doesn't write that if the payment failed, you need to lift the fuel gun from the pump and put it back so that such situations don't happen again! 👎 ‼️‼️‼️I recommend everyone to check their receipt in the application!
