Forgot your bike, miss the bus, flat tire? Find a nextbike near you with the nextbike app and start cycling right away - available at any hour and with just a few easy steps.
To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

The nextbike app is regularly updated by us. Our goal is to improve the app continuously and to provide you with an optimal user experience. In this update we have therefore made the following changes:
- Fix service case label on rental history being cut off
- Minor improvements under the hood

I do not recommend the service,if you are a tourist don’t take this bikes
Was in Paphos on holidays , took a bike for trial. Paid 10 eur (be ready they’ll be not refundable you will use all hours ). After the last journey , I went to the shop , put bike on parking mode, came back. Released parking mode and started moving and put the locker by accidents inside the bike, so you know what happened next??? It stopped , without any warning bike wished me a nice day and stopped moving at all. After one second I’ve got a mail that my bike in not operational area. Minus 20 EUR. I couldn’t even take it Again and it was within city centre. 3 minutes from nearest bus stop. So my recommendation, dear users , never use this app and service. Wishing you a nice day! Update:’ I reached via email the customer service. They’re saying that I’ve received an email but when I asked for proof (I’ve sent a message video that it’s only visible messages ) , I asked for the email proof. Nothing was provided !they have a problem within the system and instead of solving it they blame customer calling me stupid.
Horrible app
The most horrible app. I cannot even register with any number. Waste of time!!!
