Cant even create account

At first time usage i need to make myself an account. When i click register it says first select country. When i select country all the option disapare and only login option remains. How the heck i supposed to make myself a account?!

Iphone version fails to move after accepting terms and conditions. Nissan - i just got new 40kw car and you cant even do a proper app, really?
