Great app

Generally I like the app and plans. I’m eagerly waiting for promised 4days split for 2upper 2lower days. What is questionable is the suggestions in the app for following overload- it only ever suggest to go to higher reps but never increases weight as far as i see. For exercise that is 12reps it can go and suggest even 22reps to hit.
