It was great before but not anymore

Sending money request doesnt work, other party cannot pay. Collecting face data for nothing, new interface is confusing, takes time to find bank account i need to pay. But most important, Revolut do NOT support instant IBAN payments anymore. Other banks support it.
There are some positive things still left, exchange rate and transfers in other currencies with low rate. I like that

Hi there! We're glad that you find our exchange rates and transfers to your liking, however, it's sad that you find it difficult to receive funds from others and to find the beneficiary bank details in the app while sending a transfer. Please note that you can send/receive funds using the payment link that is generated by the following: Head to the Transfers section → ‘+ New’ → choose ‘Create a payment link’ → tap on ‘Request’ → (optionally can be requested a specific amount) → once done, link can be shared via messaging apps and/or copied → payment link request will be visible in the main section of the app, underneath the transactions list, within the ‘actions’ section. Please note that if the payment is done by card then, you can receive a maximum of £250 per week. For sending via bank, there's no such limit. Also, please note that instant SEPA transfers are available wherein Euro transfers are done within seconds in the SEPA region free of fees from Revolut. However, this applies to bank accounts that are part of SEPA Instant only. All other transfers are made normally and can sometimes take up to 5 business days to deliver the funds to the beneficiary account. Not bad but shame about the Junior account

I’ve been using Revolut since soon after it launched. I have a free account which suits me as I don’t often withdraw cash but travel a lot for work so often pay in odd currencies. The account saves me on fees which is the main reason I like it.
However, I thought it would be good to open an account for my son and was glad to see Revolut had started a junior account - great!
Huge disappointment to find that I can only open it if I have a premium account. So basically, where all other banks offer child accounts for free, Revolut charge €7.99 (?) a month!! Come on! You have the free use of the money in my account as you pay no interest, and surely luring in the younger generation is of interest to you so do you really have to charge for junior accounts?

Revolut starts to look like a scam or a pyramid scheme

It is already the 4th week since my account has been blocked for a security review with an excuse of some additional information being needed.

I have been trying to contact Revolut through the Revolut app for a progress update and asking whether there is something I could do on my behalf to speed up the process (e.g. provide any information, documents, etc.) multiple times. All I have gotten every time was an automated responce. I wasn't provided with an opportunity to speak to the live agent.

The account has been frozen for 4 weeks with more than 500 euros in it without any communication from Revolut side. The situation is not normal - 4 weeks without any communication, having frozen my money and keeping me hostage of the situation by stating that they need some additional info to unblock my account, but not disclosing what info it is that they need.
