Took 5€ in advance and were supposed to give some of it back after the first trip. It’s been two days and I didn’t get the money.
Don't install! Worst scooter experience ever
I needed a quick ride in Nida, so I downloaded the app. Rode for 5 minutes and tried to park at the location, but unsuccessfully. Simply could not end the ride even though I tried to park near other scooters of the same brand. Went to different locations, parking areas and still - cannot end the trip. Btw, the scooter has lost the battery while i was searching for a location to park it. So I proceeded to push the scooter around for 40 minutes. In the end, this "5 minute" trip costed me 124euros. I had to leave the thing overnight since it would not park. Customer support is very bad - no phone number, only messenger and only replied 10hrs later.
Not GDPR COMPLIANT
This app keeping my data and not allowing me to delete it even after my request to support. They also did not allow me to delete my payment card and keeping my data of my card. By doing that they do not follow data protection rules and keep storing my data even after my request to delete both my data and my account from their app.
