App is now available for private and business customers.

Private customers can:
•quickly check account balance(s)
•see the list of latest transactions
•log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
•transfer up to EUR 30 without any additional passwords
•transfer money between accounts or to people on his telephone’s contact list
•request other app users to make a payment
•find your templates or use autosuggest function (based on your previous transaction history)

Business customers can:
•quickly check account balance(s)
•see the list of latest transactions
•confirm payments
•log in using a four-digit PIN code or fingerprint authentication
•transfer money between accounts
The app is updated on regular basis and new functions are added.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY
When user registers into the app, he agrees to comply with the service terms and assigns the selected phone number with the specified account. It is necessary to note that during this process the indicated phone number is encoded and sent to the bank in the form of a sequence of encoded characters, that means that the bank does not collect or keep your phone number or data of other customers available on your phone contact list. Only such users of the app, who have saved your phone number in their contact list, may see that you are a user of the SEB mobile application.

For security purposes, the users are periodically (on a monthly basis) requested to log in again with Internet Bank authentication means (not only with 4 digit PIN code).

More efforts needed!

Apps has some bug or what - it can not finalize simple money transfer every second time I try... “paslauga siuo metu nepasiekiama” - “service is not available at the moment” - with full internet access.... annoying... Take example from other banks - never had had that kind of problem with swedbank’s app for example...

Worst banking app I’ve ever used

INCOMPATIBLE WITH APPLE

Trying to login successfully to your bank account is like gambling with dices, absolutely random success rate.

Every time you MANAGE to login, you have to enter a new PIN, which should be used in the future. Then after a couplep of hours while loging in, you have to enter PIN again, of course, the app doesn’t respond, then it crash or throw a pop-up with “sorry the service is not avalaible now”. Then story repeats.

And this happens every freaking time I need the app to do A FAST transaction, to accept money or whatever else I need.

Also, while scrolling through history of your payments, you can get an annoying pop-up on half of the screen which will remind you that “app is unable to show older data”, which would be OK if you would be able to see other lines, but due to the error pop up this gets once again annoying.

This is app went so much on the nerves that I wrote my first ever review on appstore.

The only nice thing is the function to receive or send money via your contact list.

All in all - better use the website. Cheers

Kudos for introducing investment section.

A long awaited feature is finally here. First version of the section seems smooth and well designed. I hope there is a plan to keep maintaining it and introducing new functionalities so that it’s possible to make actions to portfolio to some extent.

Also just a suggestion and something what I’ve been missing - while checking account balances in the main screen it only shows the balance of my main currency (€), however if you have other currencies set up (e.g. $) the balance of those are not visible.

You can only check funds in another currency by logging in to the full version of the Internet bank.
