SPARK is an electric car-sharing app for your affordable and eco-friendly travels in the EU cities: Sofia, Plovdiv, Vilnius and Kaunas.

We provide only electric cars to reach your destination in comfort and style, respecting the environment and saving your costs. Free-floating model allows you to start your trip in one location and leave SPARK car in any other location within designated zones as shown on the map. Your travels might take from few minutes to days – as long as you need a car at the affordable cost.

Here’s how it works:
• Download the app.
• Register – your driving licence and payment card are required.
• Find a car, reserve it and unlock via app.
• Pay for a time and distance – parking, charging, insurance and maintenance are included in the price.
• Select Long term offers – get discounts and free kilometres for your longer trips.
• Earn eGO loyalty points for travelling with SPARK and redeem them for special rewards.

Great services

App works smoothly, no problems so far. Helpful info in app, as there are important nuances when travelling with an EV. Customer service was helpful and nice when help was needed.

Deal with your communication skills

Custumer service are super inpolite. And also they are disrespectful I give you an example what happened:
I left a car in a street parked in city center. And Bug happened that they could not see the car in GPS. I was in a meeting and they attacked me with 5 calls. Call after call... I could not answer they wrote me a message and than again calling me. When I get free I gave them call back. And they just asked where I parked the car... cuz they dont see it on a map... But its your technical issue... not my problem...

also custumer service people talking with you like you are nothing to them or it seems that they hate their job...

Buggy app/system

At first, I was unable to add payment cards. Tried with 3 different. After many time spent, I suceeded with wife’s card.
I’d rather remove that customer support phone, because it is not answering. Called few times and waited for ~20mins without success. In case of emergency this would be critical.
Later I could not add drivers license- app just wold not take picture of license in any lighting and just got frozen. After restarting app, it got to a state with message that “drivers license is verifying...” and nothing happens.
Please add a more sophisticated error handling and a support, that would be reachable. Until then - 1 star for wasting time :/
