Under Budget 4+

UnderBudget helps you keep track of your expenses (yes I know... like so many other apps). But here you can set budgets and try not to exceed them. And then there's Siri!

We know that, when you earn little money, at the end of the month you find yourself despairing over the amount of money squandered on useless objects or on "incredible" food and wine experiences that you could easily do without and that you couldn't afford. We all do that, don't worry.

Under Budget helps you monitor your day-to-day expenses (like many other existing apps). The innovative thing that I wanted to include are the monthly and annual budgets for each expense category and the possibility of forecasting expenses to help you build the budgets.

Short tutorial:
1 - Create all the categories you want to assign to your expenses
2 - At the beginning of the year (or when you have time) enter all the expenses that you expect to have to face during the year. For example rent, bills, insurance (hope you have a good one…)
3 - Enter the budget (annual and/or monthly) for each expense category, helping you with the expected expenses that you entered in step 2.
4 - Day by day enter your expenses and hope to stay within the budget (nobody believes in it anyway...)

Interesting features:
- Add daily expenses using Siri (I know you're lazy and don't feel like opening the app every time, I am too…)
- It is possible to import many expenses all together using a template in csv format. Instructions are inside the app, try to find them.
